R.E.M.:   WARNER BROTHERS Records (Mfd in the USA in 1994)  MONSTER   -  This one is Still Factory Sealed and New!   No Creases,  no Shelf wear, No Ring Wear.  It has the original Record Store Price Sticker on the Front, and the 1994 Marking on the Bottom of the Back Cover.  I can't say with absolute certainty that it's a 1st Pressing.  You'll have to read the Barcode and interpret it for yourself;  I don't know enough about this REM LP's Barcode markings.  Underneath the Shrink Wrap, though, is a paper sticker Barcode on top of the Barcode space on the Back Cover;  I can see and feel that.   I can ship this anywhere in the USA via Media Rate for 4.00.  I can ship this to most Overseas Countries via First Class Mail for around $23.00;  shipping to Canada will cost $15.00.  I can only get to the Post Office once or twice a week,  so please be patient.  I can email you Overseas Postage rates.  I can take PAYPAL (and others).  The POST OFFICE LOSES PACKAGES, don't blame me if it happens to you.  PLEASE READ THIS:  If bidding on this reaches $50-$120,  and it ships to a non-US buyer, Registered Mail will be required in addition to First Class Postage, but I'll pay $8.00 of the $16.00 Registered Mail fee;  Registered Mail is a little slower than 1st Class Mail,  but it's more dependable,  and it does provide a Tracking Number and some Insurance.  If it sells for $120-$500 to a non-US Bidder,  it will have to ship Air Priority, which will run around $50.  If it sells for over $500,  it will have to ship EXPRESS MAIL,  which will cost around $90-$120. Since I will have to insure it,  I will have to declare full sales value;  if paying with some way other than Paypal,  I can ship it any way you want.  Paypal rules make it very difficult and expensive to ship anything out of the country now,  since they require on-line Tracking Numbers.  You can't get that with simple First Class International shipping.  No Reserve.  Good luck!
