R.E.M. Live 2007 3 LP Box Set - Rare and Out of Print.
For your consideration is R.E.M.'s three-LP "Live" album from 2007. All records seem to be in good shape with no major blemishes. The first record was played once or twice when the album first came out and the second and third records have never been played. They have not been recently tested as I no longer own a turntable. 
This album features live versions of "I Took Your Name" and "Ascent of Man", and was the first pressing of "I'm Gonna DJ", which was often played live on the 2004 tour and was later released on the Accelerate album.
The cardboard outer case has some light wear on the corners, and two of the white paper sleeves are creased, one pretty heavily.
