Description

Here is R.E.M. "MURMUR" LP 1983 IRS Records.  Orig. Issue SP 70604 (R on Label)  12" 33 1/3 rpm vinyl LP.
Condition:  
Record is Near Mint and looking glossy with no marks on the vinyl.  Clean and quiet.  
Outer sleeve is Excellent with only light storage wear like ring wear and a crease or two only visible if you hold the sleeve a certain way in the light.
Inner sleeve is VG+ with creases, etc.

Please use the many photos taken in bright light to help assign condition you require but ignore reflection or glare.  There is NO fading.
