Excellent condition 12" vinyl LP of MONSTER by R.E.M.

From my own personal collection in a smoke/pet-free home. All records have been played through from start to finish to ascertain condition, and graded to a standard I would be happy with as a collector. Grading is therefore as follows - 

Record:  Ex (minor crackle at start of Tongue, with a few cracks/pops scattered throughout this track - no jumps; minor crackle right at the very end of You) Sleeve: Ex (superficial surface scuffing from general storage)
Inner: Ex
