Vinyl is in EXCELLENT shape, NO scratches, NO scuffs, VERY clean.  Sleeve is VG+, with extremely minor general wear, a few small corner dings, little ring wear, & faint clear'ish sticker residue in upper right hand front corner.   See photos.
