Record Appearance - G Lots of light marks and scratches but nothing deep enough to affect playback.
Record Audio - VG+ Barely any surface noise, great full rich sound throughout, a pleasant surprise considering it's visual issues.
Record Sleeve - VG/VG+ Close to VG+ just some light shelf wear.  Paper thin inner has splits on the edge as usual.
