R.E.M. - Chronic Town - Still Sealed Original
IRS SP 70502 (1982)
One again we bring you some choice records from a recently-acquired collection. As usual, we list only interesting records in excellent condition! Here's the finest copy of R.E.M.'s classic debut that you will ever find. Crisp, clean, still-sealed condition, just like it came off the record store shelf in 1982. NO CUT-OUT MARKS! And it still has the IRS label sticker on the front touting the $5.98 list price!

U.S. & Canadian customers ....
Paypal is our preferred method of payment for all bidders. Please make Paypal payments within three days of auction close. IMPORTANT! For security reasons, we will only accept Paypal payments with a Confirmed address, and this is the ONLY address we will ship to!
Money Orders and Cashier’s checks are also accepted from U.S. and Canadian buyers. Absolutely no personal checks! Please contact us within three days to let us know if you plan to mail payment, and we will wait for 10 days after auction closes to receive it.
U.S./Canada Shipping: Generally, all records will ship First Class Priority Mail, although Media Mail (which tends to take up to two weeks for delivery) is available for heavier items. We will include delivery confirmation on all items over $10 at no extra cost to you.
Insurance: For items under $50, insurance is optional but highly recommended at $1.65; for items over $50 insurance is required at the following rates: $50 to $100 value- $2.05, over $100 value - $2.45.
International customers ....
Paypal is the only accepted payment method at this time. Your Paypal account must be "Verified" or we will not accept your payment. Please make Paypal payments within three days of auction close.
Overseas Shipping: We ship most items under $100 to overseas addresses by First Class Mail International. Please allow a reasonable time for delivery. Keep in mind that tracking and insurance is generally not available for overseas shipments except at significantly higher cost, so shipments are at YOUR risk. We will take care in packing your order, but can't be responsible for abuses by the post office.
To protect both buyer and seller, items over $100 will be shipped overseas ONLY by insured Priority Mail, which generally costs around $30. For countries where insured Priority Mail is not available, we will use insured Express Mail. We can provide an exact quote for your country. Please keep this shipping cost in mind before you bid!
Please do not ask us to misrepresent item value on customs forms. We can't declare one value for customs and a different value for insurance.
Our Flat Rate Shipping charges:
USA Priority Mail (including APO/FPO addresses): $6.50 for LPs, $4.50 for 7” singles, plus insurance (see above).
Canada: $7.00
Europe/Australia/Japan: $13.00, except as noted above for high-value items.

Additional records in same shipment: $2.00 each
Box sets and heavier items will cost more to ship!
All records will be carefully packed in proper cardboard record mailers!
