R.E.M. – Chronic Town (1982) – Vinyl LP EP – I.R.S. Records – Early Pressing

 

An iconic debut from one of the defining bands of 1980s college rock and alternative music. This is an early repress of Chronic Town, featuring the original I.R.S. label and gargoyle cover art.

 

Condition Overview

  • Vinyl: VG+ to EX – Clean and glossy with no visible scratches or scuffs.
  • Outer Jacket: VG+ – Original shrink wrap still intact. Any marks seen in photos are reflections off the plastic. Structurally strong with only minor signs of shelf wear.
  • Inner Sleeve: VG to VG+ – Light signs of age but fully intact and presentable.

 

Additional Notes
This LP has been carefully hand-cleaned and visually inspected. I’m not a professional grader, but I always provide an honest, detailed condition report.
