Description

The Revelaires "The Joy of Knowing Jesus" Temple Records - LST 390 Graded as VG - Has a crease on front bottom corner of cover (pictured) Vinyl has a few light scratches but plays without skipping, just a light click in a small spot.

The REM song "Voice of Harold" was recorded during the Reckoning sessions in December 1983. Michael Stipe reads the back of an old gospel album (THIS ONE) over the backing track of "7 Chinese Brothers". The song was released as the B-side to So. Central Rain and collected on Dead Letter Office, an odds and sods album released in 1987. 
Just to clarify, this is not and REM record. It is The Revelaires - The Joy of Knowing Jesus. A must have for any REM collector who knows the history of the song, "The Voice of Harold". This is a rare and hard to find record. I've been unable to find another for sale online so I am not sure of the value so I am going to auction. Good luck bidding.
