Description

Here it is, the one that started it all, and one of the holy grails of R.E.M. collecting, the original Radio Free Europe 7 inch single on Hib Tone records HT 001 b/w Sitting Still. R.E.M.’s first-ever official release from 1981 presented here in beautiful VG+++/NM condition. The sleeve, VG+++ with NO seam splitting, NO tears, NO rips, (VERY SMALL price sticker mark.) Just the most minor (and I mean minor) light wear at the top opening and a super light ring beginning to show on front center. The vinyl is near mint! I can personally never remember playing this, but 23 years is a long time and I’ve killed lots of brain cells over that time. Nevertheless, this vinyl is glossy, clean and about as close to perfect as you can get! Beautiful!

Destined to become one of rock and roll's great collectible records.
