This album here comes from my Grandfathers store established sometime in the mid 1940s, which we used to sell Jewelry, Electronics, Musical instruments, and vinyl RECORDS!

This item slipped through the cracks, and never got sold...so, this is NOS ( New Old Stock ).

The original factory shrink wrap is missing, and some how, never got re ~ sealed in the store cellophane...which was normal procedure. Along with a new price tag.

Details: Outer Jacket cover I am grading as NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-).
Two slight 'white' blemishes. One front, upper left corner about 2" square. And smaller one front center. Blemishes possibly made during the factory printing.
Very slight shelf ware front, lower left corner. 
Back side cover, slight manufacture imperfection lower, right corner were the paper doesn't quite come together by a centimeter or two.
Colors and pictures are bright front and back of this album, looks as if 'New.'

The original inner sleeve is the normal white generic. It does have a fold in one corner. There is some aged yellowing going on.

The vinyl record disc, I am grading as VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS (VG++).
Surface remains shiny.
When looking close, there is a very slight paper scuffing on side one. Looks like maybe made removing or putting back into its inner sleeve.
Kind of interesting, if you look closely at side two in the picture, you can actually see what looks like a black hair at the top 11:00 position, sticking up. And also a much smaller black hair at the 2:00 position.
This is not hair, but part of the vinyl record hanging on from the factory, when being pressed. 
Which makes me believe, very few plays,...or, I doubt this,....but it is possible,....maybe no plays.
I don't know. And I am pricing lower, be cause I don't know this information.

In any case, over all this album looks GREAT!
A rare chance to purchase a 1st pressing 1965 edition in this great condition.

Record is no longer be housed in its original sleeve...
....and is now stored outside the outer Jacket cover, in a high quality, rice paper lined master sleeve.

GONNA BE HARD TO FIND A BETTER COPY THAN THIS ONE HERE!!
