You are bidding on an original Jamaican pressing of Return Of The Super Ape by The Upsetters. 

This is a very rare, original 1978 first pressing! Released on Lion Of Judah records, very limited amounts were released on this label before the album was re-released on VP.

Serial number - Side A - LPIR 0001A. Side B - LPIR 0001B

This record is in lovely condition, with numerous very light marks visible that do not affect play beyond the barest touches of background noise. Plays beautifully!  Side 2 label has small scraped area.

The sleeve is crisp and bright, with wonderful cove art (see photo). Shows just some edge and corner wear, a few light creases and a touch of ring wear - typical of these flexible record jackets. Very nice!!
