Interior Sleeve Included: Yes a plain plastic sleeve
Vinyl Grade: VERY GOOD+ the disc has some very light surface marks but nothing deep and very clean and glossy overall
Jacket Grade: VERY GOOD+ the 10" sleeve has a plastic sleeve on it, but I am not sure if it is the original plastic wrap or not, but the jacket overall is clean with just some light handling wear and some writing on back cover

MINT : Unopened And New
NEAR MINT : Looks basically like new but not sealed
VERY GOOD+ : nicer than VG but not like new
VERY GOOD : has scratches and light surface noise but should retain decent sound overall

GOOD : Lower grade with scratches and/or other marks will have noise but will play without skips
