three individual LP records on DGG SLPM 138081-3, made in Germany, stereo, this is the absolute first edition of these Lps, all three covers are dated 3/60, all records are heavy flat-edge vinyls and their matrix stampers read J 9 which stands for the pressing date in december 1959

Sleeves: ex, light seam wear which is unfortunately very common with the soft arly DGG sleeves

Vinyl: I entirely play graded theses LPs from start to end of each side. Here is the result: 138081 and 138082 look perfectly clean and play great with only some scattered tick now and then. 138083 is equally clean and plays similarly, but it has two marks: The first is a 5 mm cross-groove mark that produces about 20 repeated ticks, unfortunately at the end of the adagio of the fifth sonata, the other is one almost invisible longline hairline that causes about 15 light ticks in the judas maccabäus variations

Albeit the light imperfections on record three, this is still a highly collectable set, a rare occacion to get the the three lps together in first edition
