I'm collecting foreign picture sleeves since the 80s and have only seen this Belgium one 3 or 4 times. I'm now upgrading my copy and selling this one.
Belgium releases in the 70's often used US or UK pressings so pelase don't be fooled - this is a genuine item!

Released in 1978 - sleeve is in G+ condition amid tape on top and bottom. The record is in VG condition.
