Here is a impossibly rare original 1-Sided uk Emidisc acetate of the fantastic very cool A-side to the second 45 by the brilliant Mod-Freakbeat band the 'Richard Kent Style'. There would only have ever been just a couple of these advanced test acetates ever pressed, and having hand written labels, this is a unique piece of uk mid sixties Mod memorabilia that will probably not surface for sale ever again. The track 'You Can't Put Me Down' is a sublime sounding Mod track that just sounds better and better every times it's heard. With this listing i have included a complete MP3 of the playing side, this MP3 was taken directly from the acetate. All pictures are of the actual item for sale. Please check out my other items!
Condition has to be VG++/EX. The playing side is in nice clean condition with only a couple of the very lightest wispy top surface marks, there are absolutely no nasty deep marks, scuffs or scratches at all, and the track plays and sounds excellent throughout with barely even a trace of background noise. Please listen to the MP3 provided. The Emidisc label is still clean with only the very lightest signs of ageing, the title, artist and date are neatly written in blue biro. The blank black glossy back of this acetate has a couple of very small patches of dry residue but is otherwise fine. The acetate comes in a plain brown paper sleeve which grades excellent.
