Description
You are bidding on a rare, original, Northern Soul, 45 rpm record from 1965 by Rick Lovejoy, "Don't Leave Me Behind", and, "My Last Love", on the ABC-Paramount record label, #45-10694 This is the rare, white label, promotional issue. Both sides of the labels state, "PROMOTIONAL COPY NOT FOR SALE". The labels are in very good condition with light wear. The vinyl on the, "Don't Leave Me Behind Side", is in fair condition with light, general scratching and and a couple of moderate scratches. There is a small area of discoloration on the vinyl by the trail-off area that does not affect play and does little to visually distract. The vinyl on the "My Last Love". side is in poor plus condition with general light scratches, some moderate scratching,.and a few light scuffs. However, I played both sides through and they sounded good. The mirror-like vinyl gloss is tremendous. This has been a critical description for the serious record collector. This is a rare record and would be good ot have until you could upgrade. This is a 10-day, no reserve sale. For auctions selling over $100.00, insurance will be required for both domestic and international buyers. This means priority mail expense.
