HERE'S an unambiguously hot and delightful record: "RIDIN' BUT WALKIN'" and "THE MINOR DRAG" by "FATS" WALLER AND HIS BUDDIES. From 1929, each side is by a different version of the "Buddies," both rambunctious as hell. HENRY "RED" ALLEN (trumpet), JACK TEAGARDEN (trombone), CHARLIE HOLMES (alto sax) and of course, "FATS" WALLER himself are a few of the shining gents who make this a Thing of Beauty and a Joy Forever.
This original 1940 Australian HMV E.A. 3265 is in gloriously clean EE+ condition. It's laminated, with both sides master-pressed. Amazing signal-to-noise ratio! A perfect honey of a record!

These records come from my private collection, which I have been accumulating since 1967, and now am downsizing! My highest priority in these eBay auctions is to give you the best possible idea of a record’s true condition and aesthetic value. I always post at least four clear images, showing the record fore and aft, a close-up of the label, and the whole disc, warts and all. If my purple prose won’t cut it, the pictures will! Shipping is done with expert care.
