RARE UK first pressing of Ringo Starr`s "country album", "Beaucoups Of Blues" on Apple Records (September 1970).
"Ringo took his chance well and his homely lugubrious voice suited those typically maudlin country songs like a charm. It's one of the best Beatle solo albums."" - Bob Woffinden, "The Beatles Apart" (1981).
GRADING:
MINT- COVER, in near-perfect condition. Please see photos for details.
- Fully laminated UK gatefold sleeve in largely pristine condition.
- Three light creases to the spine: One on front, two on rear.
- Two tiny creases to top edge (at left).
- The gatefold itself has never been fully opened; it even retains its distinctive "crackle" when opened halfway!
- Includes original EMI stock inner sleeve in MINT- condition.

MINT- RECORD with practically no signs of any previous play. A near-impossible find like this!
- Near-perfect vinyl on both sides, with impeccable audio reproduction throughout.
- Two or three near-invisible hairlines from sleeve removal only.
- No scuffs, scratches or other visible record wear at all.
- Original Apple Records labels with a few visible spindle lines on Side Two.
- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "YEX 799 - 1 U" and "YEX 800 - 1 U".  
- Mothers/Stampers: "1 / R G" on Side One and "1 / G H" on Side Two. 
- This copy of "Beaucoups Of Blues" is certified to be an original UK first pressing, issued in September 1970.
