((A Note on Holiday shipping times)); Media Mail shipping tends to be very unpredictable during the Holiday season (after Nov.1st), Please expect the possibility of longer than usual shipping times, especially to the west coast, Alaska and Hawaii. I only ship Vinyl Media mail, Priority shipping can be requested, I can invoice you the proper amount for Priority, but understand the price of priority varies by distance, meaning west coast and beyond can cost 3 or 4times the normal media mail cost. All "single" CD's and DVDS ship First Class Mail and should not be greatly affected.


"A note on USPS insurance claims", I insure all orders of $40.00 or more, (not including shipping charges), out of my own pocket. This is how an insurance claim works, A claim can not be filed for 21-30 days after shipment, and it can take up to 30 days after the claim filing to receive the refund. The USPS has to investigate the claims validity,I must submit requested documentation,(confirmation number, receipt and items selling price) Because of this, it can take 7 weeks to receive your money back on a lost or damaged item, It is very rare that a claim would need to be filed, But I want you the buyer to be absolutely clear how the process works. Smaller orders with a problem will be handled case by case, and I will work to make the situation positive for you. As of this writing, I have had to make no such claims, so I expect it to be a very rare happening in the future.


I strive to "earn" your positive feed back, With fast shipping and accurate grading and professional packing, If you have a problem with an order, especially if you feel I have not graded an LP correctly, Please let me know, I will make the situation right, Returns are accepted, In the event you want to make a return within 7 days of receipt of the item, I will not argue the validity of it, but on orders of $10 or more of merchandise (buyer pays return shipping) on smaller orders, I will either pay the return shipping or just refund your money, and you can keep the item. On LP lots or larger combined purchase orders, We can discuss the specific issue and work out something to make the situation positive.


MY VINYL PLAYING SURFACE GUIDELINE

MINT:  Only a sealed record will I list with this grade.

NEAR MINT:  Almost perfect, a sleeve scuff or two per side only.

VG++:  Very clean playing surface, Multiple sleeve scuffs per side only.

VG+:  No felt marks, but multiple light marks and scuffs per side some luster loss.

VG:    Still no felt marks, but moderate marks and scuffs, much more loss of luster.

VG MINUS:    Felt marks and moderate other marks and scuffs, very little luster left.

GOOD:  Worse than VG- and I would only list one if of extreme rarity.

RECORD COVER GRADING

VG+: To be safe, I won't grade higher than this on a cover. nice shape, but surely not near mint, I'll focus on splits, spine wear, ring wear, stickers, writing and cut out holes. should have no more than a few of these issues.

VG:  May have most of the above, and more pronounced, but still not trashed.

VG MINUS:  Really rough, will likely have all of the above.

On my bargain records, $4.99 and below, I pay most attention to the vinyl playing surface, and covers will be generally VG, Expect a lesser condition cover, check photos and ask questions if you are stickler for pristine cover condition.
