Description
Here's an original mid-'60s demo acetate, containing a track by Ritchie Adams of New York's Fireflies that was never released on vinyl. It surfaced for the first time ever just this year on the Teensville CD compilation My World Of Make Believe (Sunshine, Soft & Studio Pop 1966-1972). "I'll Go Anywhere to Meet You, Baby" is a breezy tune with a strong Joe Meek feel, thanks in part to the theremin-like Clavioline organ that's laced through it. This 45 rpm demo acetate, from Associated Recording Studios in Manhattan, is in VG+ condition with some very light surface wear and excellent playback from start to finish.
