Darn near impossible to find this clean!!!!! SEE ALL PHOTO'S. I do not know if this ever came with a cardboard cover. If it did I have never seen it. Feel free to ask all any questions. I HAVE ALWAYS STORED MY PICTURE SLEEVES AND LP'S AND THEIR RECORD SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER SO NOT TO LEAVE RINGWEAR OR SPLIT THE SEAMS I PUT THE RECORD IN A WHITE SLEEVE AND THEN BOTH INTO A NICE 45 PLASTIC SLEEVE. BUT OF COURSE IN SOME CASES I HAVE BOUGHT THE SLEEVES USED AND THE RECORD WAS KEEP IN THE SLEEVE. I KEEP MY LP'S THE SAME WAY.
I TEST ALL MY RECORDS ON A NEW NEEDLE. WHEN THEY LOOK CLOSE TO MINT I MAY DO PART VISUAL. IF THEY ARE A RARE RECORD THEY ARE ALWAYS PLAYED THRU BOTH SIDES.

VG / Has surface scuffs or surface scratches. Plays pretty well with some background noise
VG- / Very hard to find record that will play through decent until you are lucky
enough to find a clean one
