Sleeve Condition - GOOD+ - This sleeve is in really good condition overall. Nice sturdy card sleeve with nice bright artwork and strong edges and spine. There is some light evidence of handling/shelf wear but nothing really serious! What's stopping me easily grading higher is that there are some creases/wear in the top left corner. Now it's there and is noticeable, but generally doesn't take too much away from the sleeve. As it's there I want to grade fairly.

Record Condition – VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT – The record appears to be in excellent condition! Really nice black sheen off both sides. There might be a hair line or two on there but to be honest I'm struggling to find them! This copy should play and sound great, pretty much brand new! I can see a little dust on there so I recommend a quick clean before playing, just to further improve sound. Comes with the CD which looks unplayed.
