Description
This is a original copy of Robbie Basho's "Venus In Cancer" LP on Blue Thumb. This and my other LPs offered this week come from the collection of a gentleman who was a DJ from 1969-72.
Condition: the gatefold jacket shows overall light wear including edge wear (visible mostly bottom right and top where there are a few nips/tiny tears), light ring wear, and wear to corners. There's a white sticker upper left that was used by the radio station for filing purposes. Not sure why someone wrote "Bad Copy" on this label as it seems to play fine. There's a punch hole upper left that is covered by this sticker on the front.
Visually the vinyl is strong VG+/VG++, very clean and glossy with superb labels. There are very light, superficial "sleeve rash marks" on both sides including a few extremely fine scratches.. Both sides play beautifully with only very light surface noise.
Comes with the original Decca company sleeve which does have some creasing in one corner and a 4" split at bottom.
