Description
Here's a great Robbie Robertson 2fer, one USED and one NEW: His first solo LP, with EXCELLENT VINYL, a MASTERDISK DMM master for OPTIMAL SOUND QUALITY, with nice color, no marks, and very clean (we use an enzyme cleaner then finish with a SpinDisc washer), and it's wrapped in the ORIGINAL LYRIC SLEEVE that has a very small MID seem split. The cover does have some bumped corners and rough edges, along with some very short bend wrinkles (top left corner bend), but its clean, NO ring wear, NO splitting, and it's still very solid. It comes with the STILL SEALED 12" single for "Showdown At Bid Sky" b/w an Edit of "Showdown" and the song "Hell's Half Acre". Thste plastic is still quite nice, but this is a cutout, or promo, and has a short, careful and straight cut at the front top left. This album is one of the 80's best albums, much heralded by fans and critics alike, but not a huge seller. Unfortunate, as Robertson, one of the songwriters and the guitartist of the classic band...The Band, put a lot into this album, and its full of great guest appearances by U2, Sting, Peter Gabriel, and others, the songwriting and production is outstanding, and its atmosphere is almost up there with Dire Straits "Brothers In Arms". With SEALED VINYL, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed. If you are concerned about the condition, warped or broken or whatever, we can open it for you before mailing it, and if anything is wrong, we'll notify you and you can decide how to proceed. In the case of a warp etc, we will refund you completely, but only if we open it and see the issue before it mails. This is for our financial protection as well as yours.
