An overall excellent condition copy of this 1st press 1966 R&B rarity, sparingly played with the gleaming vinyl and wonderful MONO audio quality being real highlights

1966 UK 1st press R&B rarity on UK white Island label with textured labels : completely flat, weighty, excellent plus (EX+) condition vinyl - gleaming with jet black sheen and earliest A+/B+ matrices, sparingly played with just a few barely noticeable & extremely faint wispy hairlines, only detectable with close scrutiny under a bright light; near mint (NM) mid 60's rough textured labels with just a couple of small & extremely faint spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each label; very good plus (VG+) condition fully laminated outer sleeve with firm unscuffed top & bottom edges, nice right angled corners with minimal rubbing, no fraying on opening edges, all artwork & text remaining impressively intact - only blemishes are some small areas of laminate lift next to the spine (both sides) & a few 1cm (or less) laminate creases adjacent and perpendicular to the edges, two of which are slightly more pronounced and do impinge slightly upon the spine; wonderful MONO audio sound with no jumps, repeats or clicks and any background crackle is very occasional, non-intrusive and at an absolute minimum...negligible, in fact. Comes complete with original plain white inner sleeve - no seam splits, just a little corner creasing, and remaining fully functional.
Every track on this rare and sought after R&B UK 1st pressing makes for a great listen - a welcome addition to any serious R&B vinyl collection.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
