Rokk í Reykjavík was the soundtrack to the Icelandic TV documentary directed by Fridrik Thor Fridriksson during 1981-82 winter. The soundtrack, which was released in April 1982 as a 2 LP released through Hugrenningur features the performances of several Icelandic bands of the post punk/new wave scene. 

 

Rokk í Reykjavík is today considered as one of the most important documentaries about the Icelandic music culture and it included several important bands. For instance, Tappi Tíkarrass, a punk/pop band led by vocalist  BJORK contributed with two of their works: “Hrollur” and “Dúkkulísur”.

LP1 VG+, LP2 VG+ (there is a stamp in the middle on side C).  Cover VG+ (slight ringwear on the back side)
