Description
You are bidding on an original Rockabilly Johnny Watson- Let's Rock/I'm not crazy 1959 Cactus record. This rare old 45rpm record is from my grandfather's record collection. He had numerous old records from the 1950's/1960's era. Later in his life he actually had his own weekend radio show that aired on a local radio station.
In addition to his radio show he loved playing music. Specifically, he loved playing his banjo. I believe his general love for music is the primary reason he had such a large record collection.
I myself am not an avid record collector, and certainly not trained to properly and accurately grade records. Therefore, it would be difficult for me to assign a specific grade on each record and feel comfortable with my grading.
However, I have tried to read and educate myself on the art of record grading. The best I can discern is that the vast majority of the records in his collection would grade good or better, but certainly below near mint.
I say this because most of his records look played and many in his collection have stickers on them .It appears the ones with the stickers usually have a letter followed by numbers, which I assume was used for cataloging at the radio station. In other words, most records in his collection have been used, but not necessarily abused. I should also add the vast majority of the records in his collection do not have their original sleeves.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I just got this record visually graded by a record shop owner. He said this record would grade "very good". He also said by looking at the record he sees no reason it wouldn't play through properly. I realize this is important information that I wanted to add to my description immediately!
