if you go to www.rockincountrystyle.com and click on sweetie jones it says that although many believed this to be ray stevens it isn't and that sweetie jones died in 2004. the label does credit  r. stevens as the writer of the songs on both sides. you can also play sound clips of many of the rockabilly records.
