Description

Here is a stunning UK copy of Rod Stewart's classic Vertigo LP 'An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down' VO4, 1Y/2/2Y/1 matrices, complete with original swirl inner. A UK FIRST PRESSING! And it has the 'A PHILIPS RECORD PRODUCT' around the bottom of the side B label!! VERY RARE!!

Gatefold sleeve is in FABULOUS SHAPE!! The structure is just superb, with only four barely noticeable spine edge creases; the spine is straight and square, but has been pressed flat facing the front, text COMPLETELY INTACT and NO FADING, with only the bottom edge showing a little faint wear, as does the bottom right hand corner of the front gatefold. Colour is also superb, inside and out! The inside gatefold has some structural creasing around the spine on the bottom half, but this really doesn't detract from what is a truly SUPERB SLEEVE!! It certainly grades EX+!!

Vinyl is in equally super condition, superb, clean, strong audio; both sides have a couple of extremely faint hairlines, but they don't affect sterling audio on a record that has retained its as new shine and flatness; it also certainly grades at least EX+! Possibly closer to NEAR MINT!! Whatever, this is a lovely copy of this great Vertigo LP!!

UK P&P Recorded £3.25. Europe £8.25 signed for, rest of world £13.25 signed for. I now insist on International Signed For to overseas destinations due to too many 'lost' parcels. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY APPROPRIATE SHIPPING CHARGES!
