You are considering a GENTLY USED copy of Parts I and II of the D.I.R. Broadcasting transcription radio show entitled King Biscuit Flower Hour and featuring a live performance by Roger Daltrey. This is a four LP radio broadcast show recorded live in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Boston, Massachusetts in December of 1985, during Daltrey's solo tour. These are the complete radio broadcast shows (including commercials) on the original broadcast vinyl LPs. In addition to the live tracks, the show features backstage interview segments with Daltrey, and two performances from Daltrey’s guitarist Russ Ballard. As was typical for these King Biscuit shows, the LPs have music on three sides, (six sides in all) with Side D on each set having an etched surface.
The vinyl LPs have been *VISUALLY INSPECTED* and are in NM condition, with great shine and luster, and virtually zero defects whatsoever. (I like to grade conservatively, however, these LPs are in such good shape, I just have to list them as NM.) This set comes with the original Cue Sheets, which you can view for a complete track listing. As you may know, these shows were sent to radio stations for one time broadcast, after which, they were meant to be destroyed or sent back to D.I.R. That makes this item a VERY RARE collectors piece which will only increase in value. You will not find another copy of this anywhere on eBay! This is a spectacular concert radio show, and you can get it now for a great price.
