Description
Up for sale is an ORIGINAL SEALED copy of Pink Floyd's Roger Waters' 2nd solo LP, "Radio KAOS". Not a cut-out: no saw mark or cut corners! This copy has the large hype sticker reading "Radio KAOS" on the front, along with a price tag declaring it $7.98 (don't we wish LPs were that cheap now). The back cover has the song titles listed on 2 edges, and a 3rd edge has the "amusing" This recording contains a work of fiction, art. No association with any actual broadcasting station has been authorized or is intended". I'm guessing this has to do with the appearance of the great DJ and friend of Waters', Jim Ladd of LA's KMET, who appears amidst the LP several times (I don't see this information on Wikipedia, but they do mention that Ladd toured with Waters for this tour as part of a pre-show question and answer set). The cover of this is still SEALED, though there are a couple of short tears in the shrink on the back with no visible damage to the cover. It has lightly rounded corners and a bend wrinkle front bottom left that only shows a bit on the back, in otherwise, not a full bend, just a wrinkle, and it has 3 very small breathe holes that were standard on lots of vinyl releases. The LP is UNPLAYED and should include the lyric sleeve and a poster if this is, as I believe Hype stickers usually only showed only on 1st edition LPs, though this is technically not always true. We are just now starting to sell vinyl again after closing our store (TuesdayAfternoonVinyl) about 18 months ago due to multiple surgeries and moving to Oregon. We are listing many of our most valuable and sealed vinyl to help us open up a brick and mortar vinyl store here in town. Help us bring our store into reality with the proceeds.
