SEALED limited edition 4 Vinyl LP box set. Mosaic Records MRLP 3006. Brand new, unplayed Mosaic limited edition numbered box set # 512 of 3500. Booklet & box are in excellent to near mint condition. Discs are in unplayed condition.
***NOTE: NEW Mosaic box sets are sold with no shrinkwrap over the box itself but with the LPs inside factory sealed in a perforated plastic bag. This is the way they ship from Mosaic Records.

These four albums were recorded at some of the finest studios in the New York City area including Nola Studios and Capitol Studios. “Rip. Rig And Panic” and “Now Please Don’t You Cry, Beautiful Edith” were two of the three times that Kirk recorded at the famed Van Gelder Studio in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (the first was his one Prestige album with Jack McDuff). All four of these albums have been mastered from their original analog masters by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound in New York City. This is the first Mosaic set to be pressed at Chad Kassem’s Quality Record Pressings in Salinas, Kansas.

GRADING. Grading is visual only unless otherwise stated. I go by Goldmine standards and try to be conservative. I will play grade on certain items only - it is just impossible for me to play grade everything I put on EBay. MINT means factory sealed, never opened or played. NM is opened but in visually brand new, out-of-the-packaging clean condition. NM- is not NM! Its a grade above VG++ and below Near Mint - it does not imply perfect. In my terminolgy Scratches are feeler type and Scuffs are just cosmetic and usually inaudible.
