L.S.D PARTIE / EMBOUTEILLAGE / A LA MILES / CONCERTO POUR DELPHINE ... 7-inch, 45rpm OST EP single by ORCHESTRA ROLAND VINCENT. Original French 1st pressing on the BARCLAY label (71330), from 1969. Super-obscure and desirable French soundtrack grail. One of the hottest of the genre and a delicious mix of insanely funky psychedelia / aggressive jazz waltz and classical lounge. Features the killer acid rock / discotheque sequence theme, LSD PARTIE. Great for DJs. Delirious wah wah fuzz and mod hammond breaks / booming fender bassline and heavy drums ;) Comped on Shake Sauvage - French Soundtracks 1968-1973 by the Crippled Dick Hot Wax label. The fabulous EMBOUTEILLAGE theme is a pinnacle example of French jazz waltz with delirious vocals / stop-start rhythms / breaks and psychedelic sounds. The classical lounge theme A LA MILES is cinematic melancholy with beautiful orchestrations / fragile piano and a splash of gothic wordless harmony. Tres chic, mood music gleamed from the cult film, Delphine directed by Eric Le Hung starring Dany Carrel / Maurice Ronet / Frédéric de Pasquale / Nino Ferrer etc. Seldom comes up for sale and our copy is quite nice overall, as usually always trashed. Pop art sleeve design by Ferracci to die for too. Very rare EP!!!

Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG 

Vinyl is in shiny, strong VG+ condition overall with hairlines and some scuffs. Surface noises. Soft pops / ticks in places (as you can hear on the soundclip) but near impossible to find now in better condition. Name in pen to one side of label. The front laminated, flipback picture sleeve is in strong VG++ condition overall with light corner wear in places. Ring dirt marks / name in pen and X notation to back sleeve. No languette. Sharp looking item. Very rare EP!!!
