Description

Beat Zenith.com Rolling Stones Label History states the London FFRR label with "MADE IN ENGLAND BY THE DECCA RECORD CO. LTD." across the top of the label indicates a 1st pressing. "12X5" is the Stones 2nd studio album released in 1964.   Deadwax matrix machine stamps:  Side 1:  ARL-6493-1A     Side 2:  ARL-6494-2A.  The vinyl is VG+:  some very fine lines but no scratches you can feel with your fingernail.   Play tested and the record sounds great with minimal surface noise only in a couple spots.  The only flaw is a slight skip at the start of "Around And Around", side 1 track 1 and  there's  no apparent scratch or scuff that would cause it. The  rest of the record is nearly flawless and retains much of its original gloss.  The album cover is VG+:  no splits, no writing, and very little ringwear.  There is a little top and bottom seam wear and corner wear.  The spine has some wear but all printing is legible.  The front and back cover look really good.  51 year old classic collectors album in VG+ shape  by the Greatest Rock n Roll Band Of All Time.  Please email me with any questions.
