Description

Beggars Banquet Decca LK 4955 UK LP, red mono with the unboxed logo. 
The mono identified gatefold sleeve has a laminated outer and matt inner. It's strong with no seam splits, rips or writing but blemishes on the outside include foxing, edge and corner rubs, ringwear, creasing and some dings. So overall I rate it 6/10 for condition.
At 151g the flat and bright vinyl has a nice weight. Matrices are XARL-8476-4A and XARL-8477-2A for Sides 1 & 2 respectively. Spindle spider traces at the tight hole of the clean labels show the disc has had several+ spins. I see some scuffs and light hairlines on the playing surfaces so visually I give the disc 6 /10.
 As for the Decca mono polythene-lined inner sleeve it's in nice clean shape as shown albeit with minor age related wear. The date of 2-70 means it may not be original to the record but that knowledge is lost in time.
On my Linn / Naim hi-fi system the record plays well with some tics on the quiet sections as well as the odd pop but it's eminently listenable. So aurally I give it 8 /10. 
And should you disagree with my subjective assessments then no problem to return of course.
