This is so hard to find in clean condition!..This copy plays superb!..It sounds fantastic!..

Issued on Decca in 1969..LK 4876...MONO..Uk pressing..The Matrix numbers are..XARL 7209 1B and XARL 7210 1A..The stampers are 1 RG and 1GG...This does not have the shadow around "Aftermath" on the front cover which came with slightly later issues...

 The sleeve (front laminated and made by Rober Stace)..grades as EX minus..(All of those early Stones albums are easily prone to damage because they are made of such thin card!)..This copy has coped with the ravages of time really well!..It does have light discshape and the back has the expected age fading and there is also a slight ding to the spine on the last "S" of "Stones"...Otherwise it is in nice condition..

There are no rips or tears,seamsplits,sellotape or tape marks..There is no writing,names or scribble..The spine is undamaged with clearly legible text (apart from the "S"!)..The corners have light wear (nothing serious) and there is minimal rubbing to the edges..The colours are bright and unfaded..All in all,a clean sleeve!

The disc looks EX MINUS (as there are a few hairlines)..There are no nasty scratches,scuffs or other marks..It's the sort of record that you look at and KNOW that it is going to play great!!..It still has a nice sheen as well..

On a play grade,it comes in as EX minus and this is being REALLY strict!)..There are a couple of TINY pops at the end of "Lady Jane",a little crackle in the links at the end of "Don'cha Bother Me"..The scond side has a tiny crackle at the end of "I am Waiting" and this side has just a hint of crackle on the linging grooves between the tracks..None of which is serious (Most dealers would not even mention it!).. I noted NO other problems to the sound!...There are NO nasty clicks or pops and the sound quality is clean and undistorted..A GREAT playing copy!!..

The labels are also clean with no stickers,scribble or other defects..The text is bright and untarnished..There is some spindle wear to the areas around the centre holes,but I would not say that it is excessive..It has had some play,but it has been really careful!!..

There are delays on post going INTO the USA due to an increased scanning of packages at US Customs (Anti terrorist measures,I believe)..Parcels ARE being delayed and delivery may take a MONTH!!..

The Russian Federation is also having delays on deliveries ..This is due to the sheer volume of parcels going into the Federation..Again,expect delays!.

Shipping

All items are securely and professionally packed..Records are shipped out of their jackets to prevent seam splits..If there is an inner sleeve or a picture sleeve,then the disc will be packed in a plain white sleeve.. I try and keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum,byut Paypal don't help by taking commission on the postal costs!!

All items are posted the day that payment is recieved..
