Description

Beggars Banquet leads off with '' Sympathy For The Devil '' the run in is quiet and the music is crisp and clear all the way through to '' Jig-Saw Puzzle ''  Side 2 is equally as good from '' Street Fighting Man ''  which is strong and powerful and as the record plays and reaches '' Salt Of The Earth '' which again has phenomenal sound. There is no background noises or hisses, bumps or jumps, all I would add is between some of the tracks a light crackle can be heard ( which is a normal Decca trait ). This MONO record being a very early press has matrices of     XARL - 8476-4A and XARL - 8477-2A. and is a early print from Garrod & Lofthouse.    Is a classic 1968 Decca pressing, solid honest VG+ audio and a clean, lightly aged gatefold.
