Hi my name is Derek. Collecting records has been a hobby of mine for many years, from the late 60's to modern day. Now I am nearly 60 years young, I feel it is time to reduce some of my collection.

The next record I have on offer is THE ROLLING STONES BEGGARS BANQUET LK4955 on the UNBOXED ORIGINAL DECCA RED Label MONO recorded in 1968. Cover is a gatefold laminated sleeve.

The Group members are:

·      Mick Jagger Lead Vocals and harmonica.

·      Keith Richards Lead and rhythm guitars.

·      Brian Jones Lead and rhythm guitars.

·      Bill Wyman Bass.

·      Charlie Watts Drums.

                 This is the Stones back to there Blues Roots with some great harmonica and slide guitar.

          Matrices number in run out grooves side one. XARL-8476-4A

          Matrices number in run out grooves side two. XARL-8477-3A

          JT Stampers  in run out grooves.

 

The Cover is in Excellent Condition Printed by Garrod and Lofthouse  International  Limited. There are light creases to the laminated gatefold cover. The spine is in excellent shape with a clear readable title. The laminate is very shiny with no writing, splits, or tears.   

The vinyl is in EXCELLENT+ CONDITION  First issue on the heavier vinyl is visually superb and it still retains a deep shine, with no marks or hairlines. Labels are in excellent condition, a couple of light spindle marks but no tears or scuffs. The vinyl has a very occasional light surface sound, but plays superbly.
