LABELS: EXCELLENT++
Clean, unmarked labels with only light spindles/signs of use
VINYL Visual: EXCELLENT++
Unmarked in normal light the surfaces show fine hairlines under bright light - these have little audio impact (just some surface between the tracks - see detailed audio assessment blow)
VINYL Audio: EXCELLENT+
The first thing of note is it sounds great - the cut however, is fairly quiet (very unusual for Decca) - but even when cranked up to a much louder volume than usual, it plays beautifully with no major audio issues of note (just some surface between the tracks - not surprising as it is turned up so loud!) otherwise, no scratches, no clicks or pops and no groove-wear or distortion.
There is a small pressing flaw on the rim of the record - this causes a few 'swish' sounds on just the run-ins - it is not noticeable during the music itself - very minor and nothing which bothered me at all - overall a lovely copy
SLEEVE: VERY GOOD+
Good and solid with no structural damage and no extraneous writing but there is ring to both the front and back, some creasing and some grubby marks to the back - nothing too bad and all edges are sharp and all spine text is clear and bold
INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT
Nice shape - no splits
