Description
This is one of those 'released to radio stations only' promotion records. It was not released as a stock single - it's a 7" Demo with Special Picture Sleeve, from THE ROLLING STONES, on ROLLING STONES RECORDS #PR228, original 45 RPM, First Pressing DEMO, not a re-issue, pressed and released 1974, titled : TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE : MONO SIDE - b/w - STEREO SIDE at 6:31, written, as stated on the label, by M. Jagger & K. Richards. Produced by The Glimmer Twins. This is a Promotion, Demo, DJ copy released to radio stations. The record is contained in the original paper picture sleeve, a special sleeve with a photo of the It's Only rock 'n Roll album cover on the front with promo info, and on the back, a letter to radio stations and radio programmers from the Vice President Of National Pop Promotion.
The VINYL is in Mint Condition. This turntable ready single is pristine, clean, bright, shiney, no scratches, stored at the time of release in 1974, has never been played. The LABEL is in Mint Condition. The PICTURE SLEEVE is in Near Mint Condition - no rips, no tears, no handwriting, no scotch tape, no pin holes, exceptionally soft barely there soft crease / bends at one lower corner, no ringwear on the front or back - amazing considering the type of odd semi-glossy-matte kind of paper - not the usual picture sleeve paper, with the beauty of the patina of age. This is a super rare one that is amazing to hold in your hands - a heart pounder to actually have in your possession - this is one of those pieces that has much more impact and is so much more impressive in person than the photo imgage can convey. I've kept it stored from just about the day it was released. I'd like to give it a new home now. The Rolling Stones are "back" again one more time, getting ready for their new tour with Keith 'Coconuts' Richards and this is one of those Stones collectibles that will blow anybody over - it just has the feel of being really important. Classic Rock. R&R. R 'n R. Hard Rock. Pop. Punk. Underground Rock. Alternative Rock. Great for turntable, jukebox, or displaying framed or on a shelf.

These are hard to find items, and I like to ship US Postal Priority as I've found there's much less chance for loss or damage to the item - the less time in transit the better, but I am happy to send it whichever way you wish.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES AND SHIPPING: You may want to bid on more than one record to EXTENSIVELY save on shipping - the 1st 7" record AND second 7" record is the normal one regular shipping fee ( the 2nd is shipped free in the package with the first record), and thereafter, each 7" record is 50 cents each in the US / $1.00 for albums/12" singles. International, shipped Air Letter Post, the first two 7" singles are the same one shipping fee, and the others up to 5 records for 50 cents for each 7" single and $1.00 for each album / 12" record - if 5 or more, than it's Parcel Air Post charge plus 50 cents or $1.00 depending on size of the record.
