There was just a bit of tiny isolated insignificant crackle but no pops at all that I heard. Although the records are both very clean already, it is quite possible that a professional clean could make the audio even better still.
The records delivered fantastic sound and were an absolute pleasure to listen to.
VINYL (VISUAL): EXCELLENT; all four sides look superb and have retained a wonderful shine. There is very little at all noticeable under natural daylight. Bright light revealed just some wispy sleeve removal type marks and some ultra fine hairlines. The records look great and have clearly been well cared for over the years.
All four labels look great; bright and clean with no writing, rips or tears and just minimal signs of use. Super.
SLEEVE: The sleeve appears to be mis-printed with each image to the exterior showing a shadow of itself. It almost appears to be in 3D. I could find just one other copy of this which was auctioned at Bonhams in 2003.
The sleeve is in extremely nice condition and grades EX/EXCELLENT(+); there is one scuff to the top of the spine and some feathering to the left hand gate edge. Otherwise, there is very little to fault at all. looks great.
INNERS & POSTCARDS: The printed inners are in NEAR MINT condition; little, if anything to fault. Wonderful. The additional paper inners also look great with just light creasing. No splits or tears.
The set of 12 postcards are in MINT condition; completely unused and are still attached to each other. Fantastic.

PAYMENT & CHECKOUTPlease remember that your bid is binding.
I reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers whose previous feedback ratings are poor.
GRADING
Unless otherwise stated, all of my records have been play tested before listing using a Rega P3-24 turntable with Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge & stylus. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself.
Please take confidence from the fact that I have been a collector myself for over 20 years (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know only too well how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.
I also grade visually using a strong halogen lamp.
I use the Record Collector grading system as shown below.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
I WILL ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES AND OFFER A DISCOUNT. PLEASE ASK FOR A QUOTE IN ADVANCE.
I post worldwide and pack all records in custom made (stiff) card mailers and add extra packaging inside to ensure a safe delivery. I will provide a protective polythene sleeve and the record and inner will be removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. I want your record to get to you in the condition that it was when it left me.
For any records that come with printed inner sleeves, I will also provide an additional plain inner.
As a general rule, shipping will be discounted ie. I lose money on the costs of buying my packaging. I do not profit from this; please remember that my costs are not simply those shown on the stamp!
Shipping rates quoted are valid up to a total sale value of £2500 within the UK and £500 for overseas buyers in the territories shown below:
EUROPE: UP TO £20; £7 / £20+; £12
NORTH AMERICA & JAPAN: UP TO £20; £12 / £20+; £17
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: UP TO £20; £12 / £20+; £18
BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE TERRITORIES SHOULD NOTE THAT THE SAME RATES APPLY BUT ONLY UP TO A MAXIMUM VALUE OF £250
Overseas buyers please note that any item or items with a total value of £20 or more must be sent by International Signed For with no exceptions at the rate shown. Please ask for a quote or wait for my invoice if the final sale is more than £250/£500.
CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS: Please note that for overseas orders from outside the EU I am obliged to complete a customs declaration and must enter the true value of the package's contents on the declaration. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to ensure that all import duties are known and paid.
Please send me a message if anything is unclear and I will be happy to help.
RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
