  OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Inorder to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concernsthat may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open aresolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately beblocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each andevery week.

   

  Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid itemsONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are timeconsuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which attimes delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS processand ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailedfrom our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy,Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slowmail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard toprovide excellent service as is represented by our 100% positive feedback.

   

  We use a VPI machine andthoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing theLP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves overeach LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailersfor safe delivery.

   

  Concerning returns & partialrefunds,   Buyers have 14 days to notify me about a problem withan LP. Please kindly describe the problem to me (please don’t re-grade theLP). If a buyer has multiple problems with my grading over more than oneauction series, I may decide to block you from being able to bid on myauctions.

  REFUND POLICY:
  All items are guaranteed to be a represented by grades in the item descriptionposted. Should a buyer feel the product received does not meet the stated itemdescription, a full refund including return postage will be provided. Buyer has14 days to return item from date received. Buyer must first contact seller tomake arrangement for return shipment. Refunds will be made only after returnshipment to, and re-inspection by the seller. We are not financiallyresponsible for mishandling of parcels by the postal service.

  All foreign orders over 4LPs must receive aneBay invoice from me with the weighed shipping & handling quote.

  Grading:   

  Cover/Vinyl (double LPs cover/vinyl/vinyl etc.) 
  LPs are graded visually and conservatively under many bright lights.Questionable marks are play graded.
  
  M - Like new 

  EX+   Nice…, but not m-
   
  EX   Some cover wear which will be described in somedetail.  At least a visual mark on the vinyl but light in nature andshould play okay though there could be light surfacesound                                                                                                        

  VG+ Seam splits , ringwear, cover wear,small sticker tears etc. can come into play. On the vinyl there may be visualmarks (eg. scuffs, hairline scratches). There can be some background surfacesound.

  VG   More wear on covers and morewear on LPs (multiple marks). Most likely surface sounds though the LPsmay rise above the music should be able to play without skipping orrepeating.

  Fair Used only withcovers. At this point the cover is in rough condition.

  Shipping and Handling:      Weship worldwide.
  All LPs come boxed carefully in corrugated boxes made specifically for LPs,with a filler pad on top to protect the cover, plus the LPs are housed in clearplastic LP sleeves. LP is removed from cover (except for SEALED LPs) forshipping to prevent seam splitting. 
  I will notify you by email when your parcel is packed informing you of theshipping date. For foreign shipments that are delayed, I will be glad to supplythe customs form number for your parcel as proof that it has beenshipped.

  All foreign orders… over 4 pounds must be shipped Priorityinternational. Under 4 pounds are shipped 1st classinternational. I have the right to change the shipping rate for anorder of 1-4 LPs only if it weighs significantly more than normal (example: abuyer buys 4 double LPs and the weight is over 4 pounds) in which case theparcel will be weighed and charged according to weight.
