Visually this is not good. Scratches, hairlines, abrasions, marks, dirt, whatever. You get an idea from then photos. Acoustically this is not half as bad. Around VG or so. Yes it plays with crackle, but not that disturbing so it makes your ears fall of. Oh, I've just seen a small warp while playing it.
