ROLLING STONES Goats Head Soup 1st UK PRESS Nr Mint Vinyl RARE
This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks
Details:- From my own personal collection - Rolling Stones Goats Head Soup 1973 1st UK pressing + inserts. The record is housed in the original unlaminated gatefold sleeve and includes both inserts. Released on Rolling Stones Records label, catalogue no. COC 59101 and 1st pressing matrix numbers Side 1. "COC 59101 A2", Side 2. "COC 59101 B1"
Vinyl Condition:- NEAR MINT. Superb condition, well looked after and hardly played at all. Top sound quality throughout both sides. This record has been fully test played before this auction. Both inserts are in excellent condition.
Sleeve Condition:- VG. Small label stuck down with small amount of clear tape on the top front righ corner. On the front some light speckled wear along the bottom edges. On the back some reingwear at the top and a tiny bit at the bottom. Some light scuffing in the middle area of the back also. The spine is crisp and fully readable. Inside the gatefold there is a small indent but otherwise is clean and unmarked. The inner sleeve is the original plain white 'Made In England' with centre cut-out and is in VG+ condition.
Label Condition:- NEAR MINT. Difficult to spot any spindle marks or wear.

MINT: I only used this grade for new or unplayed records. I use the grade NEAR MINT
If a record has been played, even if the condition of the record and sleeve is perfect.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
