Description

Beautiful, ORIGINAL Issue ROLLING STONES Goats Head Soup (#COC 39106) from 1973 on the Rolling Stones Record Label (featuring “Angie", “Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo Heartbreaker", “Winter", “Hide Your Love", “Dancing With Mr. D", and others...) >> NEVER PLAYED. I bought it sealed a few months ago and opened it to inspect but I've never played it & have only gently handled the record to take photos for this auction. I originally had plans to keep it as part of my listening library but I haven't owned a turntable in a few years & it will probably be a while before I buy a new one. Also, NO ONE else has access to my collection so when I say this beauty has never been played I'm 1000% certain. My loss is your gain. Comes with the two original stickers (track listings) that were attached to the cellophane wrapping. The vinyl is in PERFECT, mint, untouched condition with the memorable glossy GATEFOLD cover looks brand-new in near mint shape (3 very small creases near the spine & one small crease wanting to form on the backside top left corner; spine is nice & its print is just minutely off-centered; NO BARCODE). No manufacturing glitches or flaws present except it's lacking the insert photo of the severed goat head in the pot of soup (I'm the first to open it so it must have been a mistake at the factory >> I've seen it before and, believe me, you won't need it. That insert, instead the alleged song-writing credit dispute, is probably what eventually ran Mick Taylor off).
NOTE: If you prefer USPS Priority Mail (faster, safer), the shipping will be $8.80 for continental U.S. & probably more for international destinations.
