Description

Up for grabs is this COMPLETE (yes complete with un-unsed poster and stickered sleeve) unboxed STEREO edition of the Rolling Stones Let It Bleed released on Decca Records in 1969.Catalogue number is Decca SKL 5025.
Onto the condition. The vinyl itself is in excellent condition, and retains a beautiful high gloss sheen with only hairline marks to the vinyl,NO deep gouges, just general wear and a superb example of a 43 year old vinyl album in my opinion. Matrix etchings read as follows. Side One: XZAL-936-P-5W. Side 2: XZAL-9364-P-6W.
The STICKERED front laminated outer sleeve is looking fine on the front with just general wear(the odd crease and slight fraying at the opening. The spine is perfectly readable and completely free from any writing etc. The rear of the sleeve does have staining, particularly on the top. Not sure what may have caused this, maybe some light dampness but that aside is fine for the year of manufacture. I have tried to show this in one of the pics. It is my aim to hide nothing. As a collector myself I understand the importance to report any imperfections.
Onto the all important poster. All I can say about it really is it's in just about perfect condition. There is no discolouration,NO blu tac marks,NO sellotape residue and NO pin holes. It clearly has always been kept within the sleeve and never been used to display. Just about as good as the day it was printed. I can't imagine a better copy of the poster being in existance!!! Wonderful.
The sticker on the front of the sleeve again is in excellent condition. Please,if you do have ANY questions then feel free to ask,it's no hassle whatsoever though I DO NOT have a Buy It Now price for the record, sorry, and postage prices are NOT negotiable..

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM

MINT :The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed be Mint.

EXCELLENT :The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD :The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

I may use a + or a - to emphasise a grading which may be inbetween a grade. I will never use a mint grading for a 2nd hand/used record for instance. Mint- will be the very highest grade.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT,AND WILL NOT,RETRACT A BID FOR ANYONE REGARDLESS OF THE EXCUSE.THIS IS SOMETHING YOU WILL HAVE TO DO YOURSELF USING THE BID RETRACTION FORM AND EARN A BID RETRACTION STRIKE AGAINST YOURSELF.Paypal ONLY accepted for buyers outside the United Kingdom(UK).No exceptions on this, sorry.
