This is a stunning copy of this original LP - it would grade 'near mint', but it does have one fault - so please read carefully the description below.

Condition of vinyl

Summary: the vinyl is 'near mint' except for 1/2 minute of ticks at the start of side 1.

The vinyl has a very nice 'as-new' sheen to it. There are only a few very tiny, faint marks, nearly all of which are not visible in normal daylight but only under the glare of a halogen. (On the close-up pictures of the centre labels, the one or two white dots you can see are only specks of dust.) Two very small marks are visible in daylight, but they look insignificant. Unfortunately though, one of them - a tiny one right at the start of 'Gimme Shelter' (track 1 side 1), does sound for half a minute of revolutions, during the intro. It starts very quietly, gets a bit louder, then fades away again before the main drum beat comes in.

Please note that I have play checked the whole LP on headphones, beginning to end, on a SL1210/Nagaoka MP-110/AKG 550 Mk 3 set up, and there are no other problems at all - the LP plays beautifully with a very low level of surface noise. This is not surprising given the way it looks. I think it has been very little played. The centre labels are near mint - side 2 has one visible spindle mark, side 1 doesn't have any spindle marks.

Sleeve

The sleeve is near mint, with nice sharp edges and corners - see photographs. There is one very minor laminate crease at the bottom right hand corner. The spine is lovely and straight with no blemishes.

Both in near mint condition.
