THIS IS ONE OF THE ROLLING STONES RAREST LP's EVER, AND HARDLY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1964 MONO 1st PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS UN-BOXED DECCA LABEL. 1st PRESS 2A/ 5A MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS  FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE ...THIS LP IS MEGA MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL UN-BOXED DECCA UK MONO 1st pressing from 1964 and is in EXCELLENT condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. LK 4605 on the 1st PRESS UN-BOXED DECCA label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing..

Labels are the sensational deep crimson UN-BOXED DECCA format in excellent condition . With the UN-BOXED DECCA logo above the central holes on both sides of the labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has some very minor spindle lines but NO damage of any kind. NO graffiti , NO rips NO tears or stickers and would therefore grade as excellent condition.!..

Vinyl

Thickly pressed heavy weight  vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic.Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees , There are NO surface marks,NO scratches NO blemishes at all . Only the odd tiny faint wispy line is visible whatsoever!!. A remarkable visual and impossible to locate  in this in this condition! and would therefore grade as excellent++ condition. The vinyl has a beautiful full sheen which would be impossible to find on a record of  45 years old!!!!....

Sleeve

First issue front lamimated Celanese Ltd sleeve is in very good condition for a record of  45 years old!!!..Showing some laminate wear lines mainly close to the edges and spine ,with a small amount ring wear, the reverse has some grubbiness and some yellowing!!!.The sleeve has NO rips,NO tears and absolutley NO graffitti whatsoever,and is a pleasure to view.The sleeve is in very good condition and a Fantastic collectors item . The Spine is straight but only partly legible.This is a fine example of this sensational UN-BOXED DECCA  classic !!! comes complete with the "I need you baby" credits on the sleeve and the " Mona" label credits!!!

The Rolling Stones  is the debut album by The Rolling Stones, released in the UK in April 1964. The US edition of the LP, with a slightly different track list, came out the following month, under the title England's Newest Hit Makers.

Recorded at Regent Sound Studios in London over the course of five days in January and February 1964, The Rolling Stones was produced by then-managers Andrew Loog Oldham and Eric Easton. The Rolling Stones was originally released by Decca Records in the UK, while the US England's Newest Hitmakers appeared on the London Records label, with the track "Not Fade Away" (the a-side of the band's third UK single) replacing "Mona (I Need You Baby)".[1]

The majority of the tracks reflect the band's love for authentic R&B material. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards (whose professional name until 1978 omitted the s in his surname) were very much fledging songwriters during early 1964, contributing only one original composition to the album: "Tell Me (You're Coming Back)". Two numbers are credited to "Nanker Phelge" - a pseudonym the band used for group compositions from 1963 to 1965. Phil Spector and Gene Pitney both contributed to the recording sessions, and are referred to as "Uncle Phil and Uncle Gene" in the subtitle of the Nanker Phelge instrumental "Now I've Got a Witness".

The album cover photo was taken by David Bailey. The cover of the UK edition bears no title or identifying information other than the photo and the Decca logo - an "unheard of" design concept originated by manager Andrew Oldham.[2][3]

Upon its release, The Rolling Stones became one of 1964's biggest sellers in the UK, staying at #1 for 12 weeks, while England's Newest Hitmakers reached #11 in the US, going gold in the process.

In August 2002, England's Newest Hitmakers was reissued as a new remastered CD and SACD digipak by ABKCO, while its British counterpart has remained out of print since 1987.
