Excellent copy of the hard to find monaural original 1965 Rolling Stones LP “Out Of Our Heads” (London LL 3429) ffrr Made In England maroon label, stampers XARL-6791-1A/XARL-6792-1A. This copy is still in the original shrink-wrap with the factory sticker that states: “The Rolling Stones Greatest Album Featuring (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction)”. (See attached picture).
The rest of the tracklist is: Mercy Mercy/Hitch Hike/The Last Time/That’s How Strong My Love Is/Good Times/I’m All Right/Cry To Me/The Under Assistant West Coast Promotion Man/Play With Fire/The Spider And The Fly/One More Try.
Overall the glossy LP has some sleeve scuffs and a few superficial scratches. The playback is excellent with just some light surface noise. I was pleasantly surprised that a few scratches I was concerned about turned out to be superficial and played with very little notice. There are some spindle marks on the labels that also belie the excellent playback. NOTE: The attached picture of the label came out more red than maroon. This is one of those cases where the playback is much better than the visual rating. The still in shrink-wrap cover has no splits, tears, writing, stains or cutouts. On the back lower left near the cover opening there are indications that a tag or name was attached (under the shrink-wrap) that is no longer there. It does not interfere with the graphics or liner notes but I felt it should be noted.
